Genius Ann Francis (born May 26, 1962 in Englewood , New Jersey ) is an American actress .

Life

Genius Francis began her acting career at the age of 14 in the US soap opera General Hospital , in which she can be seen from 1977 until today, with several years of interruption. This was followed in the 1980s by the southern drama Torches in the Storm , in which she played Orry Main's ( Patrick Swayze ) little sister Brett. While filming the miniseries she met her future husband, Jonathan Frakes . The couple has been married since 1988 and has two children.

Genius Francis has had numerous guest appearances on various series such as Murder is Her Hobby and Hotel . She also demonstrated her acting talent on stage.

Genius Francis and her husband have residences in California and New York .
