Thunderbirds is a British-American science fiction film released in 2004, based on the television series of the same name from the 1960s. Directed by Jonathan Frakes , the leading roles played, among others, Bill Paxton , Anthony Edwards , Vanessa Hudgens and Ben Kingsley . The film opened in German cinemas on September 30, 2004.
