Ginnifer Goodwin , actually Jennifer Michelle Goodwin (born May 22, 1978 in Memphis , Tennessee ) is an American actress .

Career

Goodwin made his debut in 2001 with a small guest role on the television series Law & Order . A larger audience was it 2003 the role of Connie Baker in Mike Newell's romantic comedy Mona Lisa Smile known where they alongside renowned actors such as the two Oscar -Preisträgerinnen Julia Roberts and Marcia Gay Harden acted.

Private life

Goodwin was born to Tim Goodwin, a former musician and studio owner , and Linda Goodwin, a former educator. She has a younger sister named Melissa who works as a stop motion animator.

On April 12, 2014, she married her serial colleague Josh Dallas in Los Angeles . With him she has two sons who were born in 2014 and 2016.
