The Gmina Głogów is a rural community in the powiat Głogowski , in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the south-western part of Poland . The seat of the municipality is the district town of Głogów ( German Glogau ).
geography
The municipality surrounds the city of Głogów from the north and east. Głogów is the administrative seat of the rural community, but it does not belong to it, but forms an independent township.
