The Gmina Przechlewo is a rural community in the powiat Człuchowski of the Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . Their seat is the village of the same name ( German Prechlau ). Przechlewo is an elongated street village with the function of a small market town.

The rural community covers an area of ​​243.9 km². 52% of the municipal area is forest. The municipality is defined by many small lakes, including the Jezioro Szczytno (Great Ziethener Lake) , the Jezioro Długie (Dolgen Lake ) and the Jezioro Konskie (Konzugsee) . The rivers include the 233-kilometer-long Brda (Brahe) , the smaller Ruda (Mutton River) and the Lipczynka.

In the east, the municipal boundary meets the former border between the German Empire and the Polish Corridor .

The road network of Gmina Przechlewo has a connection to the national road DK 25 at Rzeczenica and to the voivodship road 212 at Konarzinki . The district town of Człuchów (Schlochau) is easy to reach.

The Gmina Przechlewo has had no direct train connection since 1992. The nearest train station is the city of Człuchów.

In 1902 a railway line from Schlochau to Reinfeld in the Rummelsburg i. Pom. opened. It served five localities of today's rural community: Ulrichsdorf (Czosnowo), Sampohl (Sąpolno), Prechlau (Przechlewo), Neuguth (Nowa Wieś) and Neubraa (Nowa Brda). Passenger traffic ceased in 1991.
