The Gmina Czarne [ 'ʈ͡ʂarnɛ ] is a town-and-country municipality in the powiat Człuchowski of the Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . Your seat is the small town of the same name ( German Hammerstein ) with about 6000 inhabitants.
geography
The municipality is located in the former West Prussia , about ten kilometers east-southeast of Szczecinek (Neustettin) and 35 kilometers west of Chojnice (Konitz) . The waters include the river Czernica (Zahne) and smaller lakes (Draheimer Seenplatte) .
Partnerships
There is a community partnership with the Lower Saxony community of Langlingen .
