The Nordfeld Jaucha mine is a nature reserve in Saxony-Anhalt .

The 23.20 hectare nature reserve with the number NSG 0134 is 1 km south of Jaucha , a district of the town of Hohenmölsen in the Burgenland district , at an altitude of 180 to 198 m above sea level. NN and about 9 km north of Zeitz .
The protection goal is to preserve a richly structured post-mining landscape with its numerous endangered plant species. These include, in particular, the rich occurrence of orchids .
The extensive fauna includes 40 breeding bird species , 18 dragonfly species , 17 mammal species , 16 snail species , 7 amphibian species and one reptile species .
