Guido Colonna di Paliano

Guido Colonna di Paliano (born April 16, 1908 in Naples , † January 27, 1982 ibid) was an Italian diplomat and EC commissioner .

On November 23, 1930 he graduated from the University of Naples with a law degree.

From 1958 to 1962 he was the Italian ambassador to Norway . On 30 July 1964 he replaced Giuseppe Caron as EEC - Commissioner for Internal Market in the Hallstein Commission II . In 1967 the European Economic Community became the European Communities . In the newly formed Rey Commission , Colonna di Paliano was then responsible for industry .
