While still a student, she won first prize in the international song competition “Concerto delle donne” in Kassel and sang the soprano part in György Ligeti's Aventures et nouvelles aventures at the Saarland State Theater .

After four years in Saarbrücken, a permanent engagement at the Regensburg Theater followed . There she shone as Gilda in Giuseppe Verdi's Rigoletto and as Franzi in the operetta Wiener Blut by Johann Strauss . In 2003 the soprano also sang the roles of Fortuna and Damigella in L'incoronazione di Poppea by Claudio Monteverdi under the direction of Alessandro De Marchi at the Hamburg State Opera .

From 2006 to 2009 Lindqvist was a permanent member of the ensemble at Theater Ulm . Here she sang a broad repertoire, ranging from the title role in Georg Friedrich Handel's Alcina to Tatjana in Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin , Gilda in Verdi's Rigoletto to Mary Magdalene in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar . Parts such as Donna Fiorilla in Il turco in Italia by Gioachino Rossini , the Contessa Almaviva in Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro , Konstanze in Die Entführung aus dem Seraglio , Electress Marie in The Bird Trader by Carl Zeller, and finally the soprano part in Arnold Schönberg's melodrama Pierrot Lunaire . The choreographic implementation of the three times seven poems from Albert Giraud's Pierrot lunaire attracted a great deal of national attention. Further engagements followed as Tatjana in Eugen Onegin at the Theater von Regensburg and as Violetta Valéry in Verdi's La traviata in the Palmengarten Frankfurt .

Since 2011 Lindqvist has dedicated himself in particular to the art song . Together with her husband and piano partner Philipp Vogler , professor for musical rehearsals and role studies at the University of Music and Theater in Munich , she started The Art Song Project . Here, songs by unjustly forgotten composers are presented. There are now over 150 songs on the site. The radio has now also become aware of the project. WDR, Deutschlandfunk, SF and even the BBC have already broadcast the recordings of the lied duo. The soprano has a special love for the composers from her Swedish homeland. A CD with songs by the Swede Gunnar de Frumerie is available with her at Valve Hearts. For the label col-legno and Deutschlandfunk she recorded the youth songs by Alban Berg as a first recording . This recording was recognized in the Neue Zeitschrift für Musik as an “exemplary interpretation”. Under the direction of Peter Stangel , a recording of the 4th Symphony by Gustav Mahler with the die taschenphilharmonie was also released on the NEOS label. Cpo has first recordings of songs by Heinrich von Herzogenberg and self-published (TASP) the Persian love songs by Anton Rubinstein .

In 2013 Lindqvist switched to the dramatic soprano subject. After various concerts in the new subject, such as Sieglinde in Act 1 of Richard Wagner's Walküre and in excerpts as Brünnhilde in Siegfried and Götterdämmerung , the soprano part in Verdi's Messa da Requiem and Four Last Songs by Richard Strauss , made her debut in the summer of 2017 the title role of Verdi's Aida in open-air performances at the Ulm Theater.

In addition to her stage presence, the soprano has an extensive concert repertoire, which is due to her numerous recitals a. a. in Germany, Greece, Sweden and the USA. She sings almost all important parts of her subject, including a. in works by Bach , Bruckner , Dvořák , Mahler , Schubert , Verdi and Wagner . The qualified vocal pedagogue gave master classes at East Los Angeles College, in Seeshaupt and regularly in her Swedish homeland at Härnösands Folkhögskola in 2014 .
