Haderslev Kommune (German Hadersleben ) was a municipality in Sønderjyllands Amt ( North Schleswig ), Denmark . It was created in 1970 by merging the town of Haderslev (German: Hadersleben ) with the rural communities of Moltrup , Åstrup (German: Aastrup ), Vonsbæk (German: Wonsbek ), Øsby (German: Ösby ), Halk , Grarup , Starup , Vilstrup (German: Wilstrup ) and Hoptrup .

On January 1, 2007, the municipality was merged into an enlarged Haderslev municipality . In addition to the previous municipality, this also includes all municipalities of the previous municipalities of Gram and Vojens as well as the municipality of Bevtoft from the Nørre-Rangstrup municipality and the municipalities of Hjerndrup , Bjerning and Fjelstrup from the Christiansfeld municipality . The previous mayor of Gram, Hans Peter Geil of the Venstre , became the first mayor .
