Skærbæk Kommune ( German  Kommune Scherrebek ) was a municipality in the Sønderjyllands Amt ( North Schleswig ) in southwest Denmark .

It is located on the North Sea and consisted of the municipalities Brøns ( German  Bröns ), Døstrup ( German  Döstrup ), Mjolden ( German  Medolden ), Rejsby ( German  Reiseby ), Rømø ( German  Röm ), Skærbæk ( German  Scherrebek ) and from 1970 to 2006 Vodder ( German  Wodder ).

The municipality of Skærbæk was dissolved when the local government reform came into force on January 1, 2007. Together with the previous municipalities of Bredebro , Højer , Løgumkloster , Nørre-Rangstrup (except for the parish of Bevtoft ) and Tønder ( German  Tondern ), it forms the new large municipality of Tønder .
