The women's indoor hockey Bundesliga 2019/20 season began on December 1, 2019. The women's and men's double - finals took place on February 8 and 9, 2020 in Stuttgart . The host was the HTC Stuttgarter Kickers , the tournament took place in the Scharrena .

Ascent

The champions of the regional leagues north, east, south and west are promoted to the Bundesliga. Newcomers for the 2020/21 season are the Hamburger Polo Club in the north, the Feudenheimer HC in the south, the Blau-Weiß Köln in the west and the Mariendorfer HC in the east .
