The 23rd African Women's Handball Championship took place from December 2 to 12, 2018 in Brazzaville , the capital of the Republic of the Congo . The host was the Confédération Africaine de Handball (CAHB). The 2018 African champions were the Angolan women's national handball team , which won their 13th title.
