Harald Lemke (born February 22, 1956 in Reinbek , Schleswig-Holstein ) was State Secretary ( e-government and information technology ) in the Hessian Ministry of the Interior . During his professional activity he was responsible for the further development of the police case processing system ComVor at the police in Hamburg , for INPOL-neu at the BKA and the introduction of POLAS and ComVor at the Hessian police .

Career

Harald Lemke studied technical informatics at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences from 1979 to 1983 with a degree in engineering. From 1998 to 2002 he was ICT manager at the Hamburg police force and was largely responsible for the trouble management of the ComVor incident processing system. From 2002 to 2003 he was IT director of the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) in Wiesbaden a . a. responsible for the introduction of INPOL-new.
