Luise Hölscher (born July 21, 1971 in Münster ) is a German economist, politician ( CDU ) and manager.

Life

Luise Hölscher passed the Abitur in 1990 at the Jugenddorf-Christophorusschule in Braunschweig , funding branch for highly gifted students, and studied business administration at the University of Osnabrück with a scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation . She completed her studies in 1994 with a diploma. From 1994 to 2003 she held various teaching positions and private lectureships at the universities of Greifswald , Osnabrück, Erlangen-Nuremberg and Hanover . In 1997 the doctorate at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg followed and in 2003 the habilitation on tax structuring and tax arbitrage of internationally active companies, illustrated by the example of cross-border company sales .

From November 2002 to October 2003 she worked at Rödl & Partner GbR Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater Wirtschaftsprüfer, Nuremberg. Then she worked until July 2004 as a specialist for taxes, budget and finance at the Economic Council of the CDU e. V. in Berlin .

From 2004 to 2010 she held a professorship for Accounting & Taxation at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management .

In August 2010 she was appointed State Secretary of the State of Hesse under Finance Minister Thomas Schäfer . Hölscher is a member of the CDU.

In July 2013 she announced her move to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development . Since October 1, 2013, she has held the position of Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. With responsibility for personnel, IT and administrative services.

On September 1, 2018, Luise Hölscher was appointed to the board of SRH Holding , an education and health company based in Heidelberg.
