The pedagogical university of the cantons of Bern, Jura and Neuchâtel (French: Haute école pédagogique des cantons de Berne, du Jura et de Neuchâtel , or HEP BEJUNE for short ) is a pedagogical university and training and further education center for French-speaking students and teachers of the Swiss cantons of Bern , Jura and Neuchâtel .

The university maintains universities in Biel / Bienne , Pruntrut (administration) and La Chaux-de-Fonds . It is accredited by the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Directors of Education (EDK).

The university offers basic training for teachers at the pre-school level (kindergarten) and the primary level (1st to 6th grade). The qualification is the Swiss recognized teaching diploma for the pre-school level and / or the primary level as well as an internationally recognized bachelor's degree.
