Club career

Lauder joined FC Spartans in 2007 from the Murieston United Girls . In August 2011 she played for Apollon Limassol in qualifying for the 2011/12 UEFA Women's Champions League . In 14-0 against Progrès Niedercorn she scored three and in 8-0 against Swansea City two goals and helped so that Apollon could qualify for the sixteenth-finals, in which she then no longer participated and Apollon against Sparta Prague with a less scored Gate eliminated. For the 2012 season she moved to Finland and played for Åland United . She scored 18 goals for the Finns and helped the club to become runner-up. Then it went to Sweden to the new league Mallbackens IF . Here she was less successful, scored only one goal and the club was relegated after a year as a first division club. Lauder then switched to league competitor Vittsjö GIK , who finished eighth in 2013 but could not improve in 2014. Then she went back to Scotland, where she has since played for Glasgow City FC and has already won the championship four times and the cup and league cup once each. The team played 12 games in the UEFA Women's Champions League . The best result was reaching the quarter-finals in 2014/15 , where the Scottish women lost twice to Paris Saint-Germain .

National team

Lauder played a game with the U-17 team in May 2007 and scored one goal in a 5-0 win against Northern Ireland. In September she won with the U-19 team against Denmark twice within three days. At the end of the month she took part with the U-19 team in the first qualifying round for the U-17 European Women's Football Championship in 2008 . At the tournament in Ukraine she was used in the second game in a 3-0 win against Azerbaijan. The Scottish women and the hosts qualified for the second qualifying round. In April 2008 she was used in the three games at the tournament in Switzerland. The Scottish women qualified for the finals with two wins and one draw. This took place in France in July 2008 . The Scottish women lost the three group games and had the worst goal difference with 2:12. They beat their own negative record of 2:11 from 2005, but were then replaced by Belarus in the following year, who had a goal difference of 1:16 at the home European championships. In September 2008 she made a new attempt with the U-19s in the first qualifying round for the 2009 U-19 European Women's Football Championship . At the tournament in Slovenia , however, it was only used in the 2: 5 against England. The Scottish women were eliminated after another defeat and a draw. Five more missions with the U-19 followed in spring 2009.

On February 26, 2010, she came to the Cyprus Cup 2010 in the second group game against Italy for her first appearance in the senior national team . Lauder came on in the 56th minute for Jane Ross . She was also used in the third group game and in the 7th place match against South Africa , where she came on after an hour and scored her first international goal 18 minutes later. She initially remained a substitute. In her sixth international game, on February 13, 2011, she was in the starting line-up for the first time and scored two goals in a 4-2 win against Northern Ireland . At the Cyprus Cup 2011 she was in the starting line-up in all games. In 2011 she played thirteen games in total and was now a regular player. In qualifying for the European Women's Football Championship in 2017 , she was used in all games and qualified for the first time with her team for a European Championship finals. There it was only used in the 2-1 defeat against Portugal . In the qualification for the World Cup in 2019 she came only twice used. At the beginning of 2019, she played a role again in the preparation for the World Cup, for which the Scottish women had qualified for the first time. She was used in five of the first seven games of the year and was in the starting line-up three times. On May 15, she was nominated for the first Scottish women's World Cup squad. She was not used in the first group game. In the second group game she played her 100th international match , but lost with her team 2-1 against Japan . In the last group game against Argentina , in which they were not used, the Scottish women led 3-0 after 69 minutes, but then had to accept three goals, including the decisive goal to 3: 3 in the fourth minute of stoppage time, and were thereby eliminated out.
