Heinrich Traublinger (born May 9, 1943 in Munich ) is a former Bavarian local and state politician ( CSU ). From 1986 to 2008 he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament .

biography

Heinrich Traublinger did an apprenticeship as a baker , was national winner in 1960 in the performance competition of young German craftspeople , passed his master craftsman examination in 1963 and as a confectioner in 1965 . In 1967 he joined his parents' bakery at Rosenheimer Strasse 155 in Munich. In 1971 he had his company rebuilt in Neuperlach because the old location had become too small. In 1999 he had the company's production relocated to Heimstetten for capacity reasons .

In 1964 he became a member of the CSU. From 1972 to 1986 Traublinger was a city councilor in Munich. Traublinger had been chairman of the Perlach branch of the CSU Munich since the mid-1980s , until he was ousted from this post in 2001 by a group of young CSU functionaries. The background to this was the fight for his state parliament mandate. The CSU chairman Edmund Stoiber and the designated Munich CSU district chief Monika Hohlmeier disliked this internal party “ putsch ”, because Traublinger was considered an important political representative of the craft. Therefore, the young CSU members fell out. Some of them managed to get Traublinger re-elected on February 5, 2003 by buying votes and falsifying documents , thus triggering the long-standing “ Munich CSU affair ”. On February 13, 2007, Traublinger's time as chairman of the CSU local association Perlach ended because he no longer ran for this office.

On October 12, 1986, he was elected for the first time for the constituency of Munich-Ramersdorf in the Bavarian state parliament, to which he belonged continuously until September 2008. He was a member of the Committee for budget and finance. He was no longer available for election to the state parliament in Bavaria in 2008 .

As a high functionary of various organizations in the craft, Traublinger criticized the liberalization of the German craft regulations , which took place through the implementation of the " EU / EEA craft regulation" of June 22, 2004, and the elimination of the master craftsman's obligation in 53 professions.

In June 2012, after 22 years of age, he gave up the post of state guild master for the Bavarian bakery trade. In 2014 he resigned from the offices of President of the Chamber of Crafts for Munich and Upper Bavaria and President of the Bavarian Crafts Day and was appointed honorary president of each.
