Heinrichshofen is a district of the municipality of Egling an der Paar and a district in the Upper Bavarian district of Landsberg am Lech .
geography
The Kirchdorf Heinrichshofen is about one kilometer north of Egling. The couple flows through the town center .
history
Heinrichshofen was first named as Heinricheshouen in 1085 .
In the 12th century, the Dießen and Rottenbuch monasteries , as well as the St. Moritz monastery in Augsburg, owned Heinrichshofen.
In the 14th and early 15th centuries, the Hofmark belonged to the Lords of Schmiechen, in 1427 ownership fell to the Lords of Gumppenberg , later to the Fuggers and finally to the Lords of Thünefeld until 1848 .
Until the regional reform , Heinrichshofen was an independent municipality with an area of about 641 hectares and was incorporated into Egling on July 1, 1971.
Attractions
The Catholic branch church of St. Andreas is located in Heinrichshofen , a late Gothic building that was converted to Baroque style in 1730 and 1751 .
