Hekuran Kryeziu (born February 12, 1993 ) is a Kosovar - Swiss football player . The midfielder will be under contract with FC Zurich in the Swiss Super League from July 1, 2018 .

Career

society

During his youth, Kryeziu played for a year at SC Kriens in the U18 and then moved to FC Luzern II. Since the 2011/12 season he has played in the first team of FC Luzern. In the 2014/15 season he was loaned to FC Vaduz for a year . He has been back at FC Luzern since summer 2015. On February 2, 2016, Kryeziu extended his contract prematurely until the end of June 2018. On May 28, 2018, FC Luzern announced that Kryeziu would not extend his expiring contract. On May 31, 2018, the league competitor FC Zurich announced its commitment. He signed a 3 year contract ending June 30, 2021.

National team

Kryeziu completed various international junior matches from U-17 to U-21 for Switzerland.

He made his debut for the Kosovar national soccer team on June 3, 2016 in a friendly against the Faroese national soccer team . On September 5, 2016, Kryeziu played the whole game in the 1-1 qualifying match for the World Cup against Finland for the Kosovar national football team. It was the first competitive game in history for the Kosovar national football team.
