Henri Goudreault

Henri Goudreault OMI (born April 30, 1928 in Belle-Vallée , Canada , † July 23, 1998 ) was a Canadian religious and archbishop of Grouard-McLennan .

Life

Henri Goudreault joined the Congregation of the Oblates in and received on 17 June 1956, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 27 April 1987 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the Bishop of Labrador City-Schefferville . The Archbishop of Keewatin-Le Pas , Peter Alfred Sutton OMI, donated him episcopal ordination on June 17 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Saint John's, Newfoundland , Alphonsus Liguori Penney , and the Bishop of Baie-Comeau , Roger Ébacher .

On July 16, 1996, John Paul II appointed him Archbishop of Grouard-McLennan.
