Henrieta Nagyová (born December 15, 1978 in Nové Zámky , Czechoslovakia ) is a former Slovak tennis player .

Career

Nagyová started playing tennis at the age of nine. In 1994 she won the double junior title at the French Open alongside Martina Hingis .

In her career she won a total of nine singles and four doubles titles on the WTA Tour . There were also nine single and five double titles at ITF tournaments.

In 2000 she took part in the Olympic Games in Sydney for Slovakia . She was defeated there in round one by Serena Williams 2: 6, 2: 6. From 1995 to 2004 she also played 24 games for the Slovak Fed Cup team , in which she celebrated 18 wins (individual balance: 15: 5).
