IC 1 is a double star in the constellation Pegasus , which was discovered on November 18, 1886 by the French astronomer Guillaume Bigourdan . The Danish-Irish astronomer Johan Ludvig Emil Dreyer spoke of a star 13th magnitude and a star with a nebula .
