IC 5377 is an irregular  dwarf galaxy of the Hubble type Im in the constellation Pegasus north of the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 54 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 20,000 ly. 
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 7814 , IC 5378 , IC 5379 , IC 5381 .
The object was discovered by Isaac Roberts on November 17, 1895 .
