IC 5362 = IC 5363 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the Sculptor constellation in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 371 million light years from the Milky Way and about 140,000 light years in diameter.

The object was discovered by Lewis Swift on September 14, 1896 .
