IC 3726 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Canes Venatici on the northern sky . It is estimated to be 227 million light years from the Milky Way and about 100,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 4655 , IC 3713 , IC 3723 , IC 3758 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 21, 1903 .
