IC 5075 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sb in the constellation Peacock in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 586 million light years from the Milky Way and about 70,000 light years across.
In the same area of the sky is u. a. the galaxy IC 5073 .
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on September 26, 1900 .
