IC 5129 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc? in the constellation Indians (Indus) in the southern sky . It is an estimated 732 million light-years from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 155,000 ly.

The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on August 22, 1900 .
