IC 5116 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sb in the constellation Indians in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 165 million light years from the Milky Way and about 80,000 light years across.
Together with NGC 7123 , IC 5106 and PGC 67474 , the NGC 7123 group or LGG 447 .
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on September 28, 1900 .
