NGC 7123 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sa in the constellation Indus the southern sky . It is estimated to be 160 million light years from the Milky Way and about 150,000 light years in diameter.
Together with IC 5106 , IC 5116 and PGC 67474 , the NGC 7123 group or LGG 447 forms .
The object was discovered by John Herschel on July 24, 1835 .
