NGC 7120 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sb in the constellation Aquarius on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 309 million light years from the Milky Way and about 75,000 light years in diameter. In the same area of ​​the sky is u. a. the galaxy NGC 7108 and IC 5126 .

The object was discovered by Albert Marth on August 3, 1864 .
