NGC 7120 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sb in the constellation Aquarius on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 309 million light years from the Milky Way and about 75,000 light years in diameter. In the same area of the sky is u. a. the galaxy NGC 7108 and IC 5126 .
The object was discovered by Albert Marth on August 3, 1864 .
