NGC 7125 is a barred spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBc in the constellation Indians in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 137 million light years from the Milky Way and about 125,000 light years in diameter. Presumably it forms a gravitationally bound galaxy pair together with NGC 7126 .

The type IIP supernova SN 2012du was observed here.

The object was discovered by John Herschel on July 22, 1835 .
