Aldo von Pinelli , actually Aldo Pinelli (born September 11, 1912 in Cervara di Roma , † December 18, 1967 in Munich ) was an Italian writer , songwriter , screenwriter and film producer .

Life

He studied literary history and began his work in Berlin in the 1930s as a copywriter for the cabaret theater Die Katakombe and Cabaret of Comedians . He also wrote film scripts since the middle of the decade.

Pinelli's area of ​​expertise was light comedy, very often in connection with hit music, to which he often contributed the lyrics. His lyrics with melodies by composers such as Peter Kreuder , Ludwig Schmidseder , Peter Igelhoff and Anton Profes have also been heard in other films, for example in We make music and appeared on records.
