Ignaz Reinold

Ignaz Reinold (born May 24, 1777 in Wildschütz , † December 31, 1848 in Znaim ) was a Moravian organ builder .

Life

Ignaz Reinold was born as the son of the teacher Ignaz Reinold and learned the trade of organ building from Josef Silberbauer in Znojmo. After Silberbauer went blind, he took over his workshop in 1805 after taking the citizen's oath . Until 1845 he worked as an organ builder in Lower Austria and South Moravia .

His student and successor was Benedikt Latzl .
