The Ilyushin Il-103 ( Russian Ильюшин Ил-103 ) is a single-engine all-metal aircraft . The machine has been mass- produced by Ilyushin since July 9, 1997. The low-wing aircraft with non-retractable nose landing gear offers space for up to 4 people. The first flight took place on May 17, 1994.

The Russian air traffic license was granted on September 15, 1996. The US approval was granted on 9 December 1998 and was the first to a Russian aircraft was granted.

The machine is intended as a travel or light aircraft , but can also be used as a small transport machine .
