Im Heidsieke is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Salzhemmendorf in the Hameln-Pyrmont district .
The nature reserve with the sign NSG HA 117 is 8 hectares in size. It is part of the FFH area "Ith". The area has been a nature reserve since January 15, 1987. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Hameln-Pyrmont.
The nature reserve is located within the Weserbergland Schaumburg-Hameln nature park near Ockensen at the eastern foot of the Ith in the valley basin of the Ockenser Bach. It places a grassland area under protection. The core zone in the north of the protected area is characterized by several springs that feed a hillside limestone moor . To preserve the animal and plant species in need of protection, annual mowing work and regular removal of the woody growth are necessary.
In the north-west lies the Ockensen water tree natural monument , a sintered overflow pipe, on the edge of the nature reserve.
