Indra Spiecker called Döhmann (* 1970 ) is a German law scholar and university professor .

Indra Spiecker studied law from 1990 to 1994 at the Universities of Bonn and Mainz . From 1994 to 1998 she was a research assistant at the Universities of Bonn and Heidelberg , from 1995 to 1996 she studied to obtain a Master of Laws at Georgetown University in Washington, DC 1997 to 1999 legal clerkship and second legal state examination, 2000 doctorate to Dr. iur. at the University of Bonn. research

Spiecker researches all aspects of administrative law and constitutional law ; One focus is information law , especially issues relating to data protection , information technology , e-government and the effects of the Internet . She deals intensively with government decisions under uncertainty and risk. She works in data protection law, u. a. she wrote a legal opinion on Google Street View for the state government of Rhineland-Palatinate together with her colleague Thomas Dreier and works as an expert. In addition, she works on research questions in environmental and technology law, such as the use of robotics , e.g. B. in the care sector, or in recycling law / waste law . Spiecker gen. Döhmann also repeatedly researches control effects in the healthcare system.

Spiecker continues to work on an interdisciplinary basis and researches the effective conditions of legal instruments, e.g. B. with methodological approaches from behavioral law and economics or general administrative sciences .
