The Infiniti QX30 is a compact SUV from the Japanese car manufacturer Infiniti . It is based on the Infiniti Q30 or, thanks to the cooperation between Renault-Nissan and Mercedes-Benz, on the Mercedes-Benz GLA . The vehicle premiered at the LA Auto Show in Los Angeles in November 2015. The car went on sale in spring 2016.
At the market launch in Germany, the QX30 was only available with the 125 kW (170 hp) 2.1-liter diesel engine from Mercedes-Benz and standard all-wheel drive from € 38,600. From the beginning of 2017, the 155 kW (211 hp) 2.0-liter gasoline engine was also offered by Mercedes-Benz. This also has all-wheel drive as standard and was available from € 39,800. In North America only the gasoline engine was available.

Registration numbers
In the first sales year of 2016, 136 QX30s - all with diesel engines - were newly registered in Germany. In 2017, 99 of a total of 112 newly registered vehicles had a diesel drive, in 2018 there were 58 of a total of 82 vehicles and in 2019 only eight of 43 vehicles.
