The Cayan Tower (during the construction phase Infinity Tower ) is a skyscraper in the Dubai Marina in Dubai . The foundation stone was laid in 2006 and the building was completed in 2013. The height of the tower is 306 meters with 76 floors, its shape is characterized by a 90-degree turn to the top. The entire skyscraper is used as living space. Palma Real Estate developed the structure designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill .

The construction site was at the eastern entrance to the marina, not far from the sea. At the beginning of 2007, the advanced foundation work had to be interrupted for a long time because after a bank break at the Dubai Marina, water flooded into the 20-meter-deep excavation.
