Inga Helfrich
Inga Helfrich (* 1966 in Riga ) is a German director.
Live and act
From 1993 to 1997 Inga Helfrich was assistant director at the Münchner Kammerspiele (among others with Peter Zadek , Leander Haußmann , Robert Wilson , Franz-Xaver Kroetz , Gerhard Polt ) and at the Salzburg Festival .
From 1996 to 2004 she worked as an acting lecturer at the Bavarian Theater Academy in Munich .
Inga Helfrich has worked as a freelance director since 1997 and has also been developing her own plays since 2001. Together with Stefan Dreher , she created the dance theater productions Island , Superimposing and Sharing Time .
She lives in Munich and, in addition to directing, gives coaching seminars in the fields of acting, presentation and speaking training.
