Interzonal tournament Jakarta 1993

The 1993 women's interzonal tournament in Jakarta was used to determine seven participants in the candidates' tournament for the 1996 Women's World Chess Championship . The tournament took place in July and August 1993 in the Indonesian capital Jakarta . It was held in the Swiss system . The 38 participants completed 13 rounds.
