Iryna Leanidauna Waskouskaja ( Belarusian Ірына Леанідаўна Васькоўская , English transcription Iryna Leanidauna Vaskouskaya ; born April 2, 1991 in Baryssau , Soviet Union ) is a Belarusian three-jumper .

Athletic career

Iryna Waskouskaja gained her first international experience at the U23 European Championships 2011 in Ostrava , where she was eliminated with 12.66 m in qualification. Two years later she finished sixth at the U23 European Championships in Tampere with a width of 13.35 m. In 2016 she was eliminated from the World Indoor Championships in Portland with 13.28 m in qualification, as well as at the European Championships in Amsterdam with 13.61 m. Nevertheless, she qualified for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , where 13.35 m were not enough for a final . The following year she was eliminated from the qualification at the European Indoor Championships in Belgrade with 13.85 m. In 2018 she reached 14th place at the World Indoor Championships in Birmingham with a width of 13.81 m, on the other hand she was eliminated from the qualification at the European Championships in Berlin with 13.90 m, as well as at the 2019 European Indoor Championships in Glasgow with 13.79 m.

From 2016 to 2018 Waskouskaya was Belarusian champion in the triple jump outdoors and from 2016 to 2019 also in the hall.
