The Coppa Italia Serie C (from 1972 to 1981 Coppa Italia Semiprofessionisti and from 2008 to 2017 Coppa Italia Lega Pro ) is the second highest Italian football competition . It is held annually by the 60 teams in the Series C held. The winner will take part in the play-offs for promotion to Serie B , if not already done through the league . The record winner is the SS Monza 1912 with four titles ahead of the US Alessandria Calcio , Foggia Calcio and Spezia Calcio with two titles each. The current title holder is the U23 team from Juventus Turin.
