Józef Łuszczek (born May 20, 1955 ) is a former Polish cross-country skier .

At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1978 , he became world champion over 15 kilometers and took third place over 30 kilometers. In the same year he was voted Poland's Sportsman of the Year . Between 1977 and 1988 he won the Czech Marusarzówna Memorial in Zakopane eight times .
