Jørgen Peder Hansen
Jørgen Peder Hansen (born December 2, 1923 on Thurø ; † February 15, 1994 ) was a Danish minister and member of the Folketing .
Life
From 1958 to 1961 Hansen was chairman of the party department in Svendborg and 1960 to 1963 for the Svendborg district. There he was also put up for the Folketing election in 1960 . From 1965 to 1972 he was a member of the Council of Europe .
From February 13, 1975 to August 30, 1978, Hansen was Greenland and Church Minister in the Jørgensen II cabinet , then he was Greenland Minister in the Jørgensen III cabinet until October 26, 1979, after which he was Greenland and Church Minister in the Jørgensen IV cabinet until January 20, 1981. Tove Lindbo Larsen succeeded him in both posts .
After his time as a member of parliament, he was Danish consul general in Flensburg from 1981 to 1983 .
