The Jewish cemetery is located in Gey , a district of Hürtgenwald in the Düren district ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The Jewish cemetery was created at the entrance to Gey, coming from Großhau , on the left before the village on the 399 federal road . The entrance is directly at a bus stop. The cemetery is about 15 mx 60 m. It lies on a slope and is freely accessible. It was documented in the 20th century. There are still 20 tombstones ( mazewot ) left. 17 are on the left on the sloping terrain, on the right three. There is a memorial plaque in front of the cemetery and a memorial stone on the left of the cemetery.

In 1984 Heinrich Böll wrote in his essay Die Juden von Drove that all inscriptions in Gey were scratched out. This information is not entirely correct, as some German inscriptions have survived.
