James Jordan (born March 14, 1979 in Houston , Texas ) is an American actor .

Life

James Jordan comes from Houston, Texas, a city of over a million people. He spent his childhood in Texas and Colorada until his mother moved him and his sister to the state of Missouri in the early 1990s , where he graduated from Webb City High in 1997. He then studied theater at Missouri Southern University and later earned a Master of Fine Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles .

He took his first role in front of the camera in 2005 with an appearance in the short film Til Parole Do Us Part . This was followed by guest roles in the series Over There - Kommando Irak , CSI: Vegas , Close to Home , Cold Case - No victim is ever forgotten , Just Legal , Without a Trace - disappeared without a trace , CSI: Miami , The Closer , 24 , Justified , Body of Proof , True Blood , The Mentalist , Blue and Fargo . Between 2006 and 2019 he was seen in a supporting role in Veronica Mars at irregular intervals.

In 2016, Jordan was seen in the film dramas Certain Women and Message from the King, each in small roles. 2017 followed in the role of Pete Mickens in the film Wind River . After further series roles in Bloodline , IZombie and I'm Dying Up Here , the role of Toby in the action film Destroyer followed in 2018 . In 2019 he took on a supporting role as Roy Maddow in the thriller Jean Seberg - Against all Enemies .

In 2019 he also took on a supporting role in the drama series Yellowstone as Agent Steve Hendon .
