Jasieńczyk ( German  Klein Eschenort ) is a small town in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship . It is a living space in the village of Przerwanki (Przerwanken , 1907 to 1945 Wiesental) within the rural community Pozezdrze (Possessern , 1938 to 1945 Großgarten) in the powiat Węgorzewski ( Angerburg district ).

Jasieńczyk is located on the north bank of Lake Goldapgar ( Polish Jezioro Gołdopiwo, also: Jez. Gołdapiwo ), 17 kilometers southeast of the district town of Węgorzewo (Angerburg) .

history

Small Eschenort was originally from a small farm and was until 1945 a dwelling-place of the community Przerwanken (1907 to 1945: Wiesental) in the same District, the for loop Angerburg in Administrative district Gumbinnen the Prussian province of East Prussia belonged. In 1907 only seven people lived in Klein Eschenort.

As a result of the war, Wiesental and with it Klein Eschenort came to Poland in 1945 . The place now called "Jasieńczyk" is in turn connected as a living space with the village now called Przerwanki . Both are part of the rural municipality of Pozezdrze in the powiat Węgorzewski , before 1998 the Suwałki Voivodeship , since then part of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship .

Religions

Before 1945, Klein Eschenort was ecclesiastically associated with the Protestant Kutten Church and with the Catholic Church of the Good Shepherd Angerburg .

Today Jasieńczyk is part of the Catholic parish Kuty or the Evangelical branch parish Węgorzewo of the parish Giżycko (Lötzen) .

traffic

In terms of traffic, Jasieńczyk can only be reached to a limited extent: from Przerwanki, an overland road leads into the village as a lakeshore road.
