Jessica Harrison (born October 27, 1977 in Sheffield ) is a triathlete starting for France , two-time Olympian (2008, 2012) and French triathlon champion (2013).

Career

Jessica Harrison grew up in Oxford, started swimming at the age of five and triathlon at the age of eleven and moved to the south of France in 1999.

She has been competing in the Triathlon World Cup since 1998.

2008 Summer Olympics

Born in Britain, she competed for France at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she finished twelfth.

In August 2010 she became vice world champion with the French team in Lausanne.

2012 Summer Olympics

In April 2012 she finished fourth at the European Championships. In 2012 she was able to qualify again for a starting place at the Olympic Games after 2008 and reached ninth place in London in August. At the World Cup she finished second with the French team after 2010 in Stockholm. Jessica Harrison started for the Poissy Triathlon club .

In 2013 she became triathlon national champion for the fifth time in a row in Nice. In June 2019 she finished third in the French Cross Triathlon Championship

Jessica Harrison is in a relationship with the triathlete Carole Péon (* 1978) and they both live in Montpellier .
