Jessica Steen
Jessica Steen (born December 19, 1965 in Toronto , Ontario ) is a Canadian actress .
Live and act
Jessica Steen's career began when she was eight years old when she appeared on a Canadian children's show The Sunrunners .
She had several leading roles in television series, but they didn't last very long. So she played a pilot in the series Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future (1987-1988) and a doctor in the science fiction series Earth 2 (1994-1995).
In 1996, Steen won the Gemini Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of Nora in the TV movie Small Gifts .
She played a supporting role in the comedy Noch dümmer (1997) with Charlize Theron .
In 1998, she starred alongside Liv Tyler in the movie Armageddon - The Last Judgment . She played the space shuttle pilot Jennifer Watts , directed by Michael Bay .
Since 2007 she has played the role of Lisa Stillmann in the Canadian TV series Heartland - Paradise for Horses .
She had supporting roles in various series such as Emergency Room - Die Notaufnahme , Murder One , Pretender , Monk , Mutant X , Stargate - Kommando SG-1 , CSI: On the trail of the perpetrators , Charmed - Magical Witches , Nip / Tuck - Beauty has its own Price and Navy CIS .
